From Fairytales to Facelifts:
Learning to Love the Image in the Mirror

Women are flooded by negative self -image messages every day through TV, magazines, the media, and sadly, even in their homes and workplaces. The corner stones of youth and beauty: flawless skin, firm breasts, the ideal ‘skinny’ body, and thick luxurious hair are the standard that girls and women are taught to strive for. Many women report feelings of anxiety, low self -worth, competition, shame and guilt in their daily quest to maintain this ‘perfect’ appearance. Please join us for a morning of inner rejuvenation and connection as we learn new ways of loving the image in the mirror.
